So they voted for the Democrat—actually voted for Fetterman? That says “not conservative” to me. Or were apathetic and did not vote? That also says “not conservative”, given the importance of the election.
Either way, the weight of the obvious fraud cannot be ignored out of hand.

Yes, many did. Oz ran a horrible campaign. On the other hand, Fetterman’s handlers did a magnificent job. They painted him as Joe Everyman, the kind of guy you’d want as your next door neighbor. No mention of his disabilities, of course.
Now get this. I have friends in a semi-rural, semi-suburban part of western Pennsylvania. When I visited them in the summer of 2020, there were Trump signs everywhere. I even attended an impromptu Trump rally in a parking lot!
Fast forward to 2022. There were Fetterman signs everywhere. I’m neither kidding nor exaggerating. I found that to be very odd, and very depressing.
Some conservative political scientist should do a study about this. There is much to be learned from it.
