I am fearfully and wonderfully made by God, and everything about me is very good

In all due respect, the underlined portion is problematic right from the get-go (for obvious reasons).

Perhaps everything about you is good, but that sure isn't the case for me.

I stumble and careen through my day but the Holy Spirit somehow pulls me through.

As the old saying goes, "The wiser I get, the more I realize I am an idiot."

Thank goodness the Lord is there to help me.

Adam is to Adapa as Eve is to Titi.

I get your point and you do have to think about the affirmations ChatGPT puts together and whether it conforms to scripture. Because it is a chatbot and Stephen Wolfram says it doesn’t even have a plan when it constructs a reply. Though I find that a little hard to believe.

It would probably be better to state “Everything about me was created very good.” Your free will is “good”. Your choices, attitudes and desires can be far from good.

But if you have accepted Jesus, your sins have been washed away and you are not just good. You have been perfected.
“By one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.’—Heb. 10. 14.”

“I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.” The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” Acts 10:13-15

5Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.

Isaiah 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

So yeah, I understand the struggle with the old nature and trying to be good. But at the same time. God has cleansed us and declared us clean and declared us perfected. Do you really want to argue with that?

God has cleansed us and declared us clean and declared us perfected.

I don't argue with that. But I am still fallen man (i.e., still have a sin nature) and will be as long as I am in this body.

As Spurgeon said, “As the salt flavors every drop in the Atlantic, so does sin affect every atom of our nature. It is so sadly there, so abundantly there, that if you cannot detect it, you are deceived.”

The Good News is, I now have the Holy Spirit to help me fight it.

Speaking of Stephen Wolfram, one of the really amazing things about ChatGPT (the professional version) is that it now has a portal/interface with Wolfram Alpha. My mind reels with the possibilities.

Yeah, that one jumped out at me, too.

We are all sinners, and we can only claim that we try to do the good and righteous thing; the Good Lord will judge whether we succeeded.
