One side is responsible for a lot more. Russia invaded Ukraine, is committing genocide in Ukraine, bombing civilians and their homes, forcefully deporting children, torturing and raping civilians, annexing land that isn’t theirs, beheading or dismembering Ukrainian soldiers, shooting POW's…. but sure, both sides have conducted war crimes
