Did you see it yourself? If not it's just so much hearsay. Criminal defendants must be tried in a court room, not on the Internet.

Calm down. You seem to be taking my concern for the children a bit too personally.
I deplore all persons who make false claims of child abuse against others, certainly in custody disputes and the like.
But what is potentially worse is not believing claims about serious child sex abuse that are real, leaving children to be abused in ways that is likely harm them for life not because of lack of evidence; but due to judges, teachers or parents not wanting to believe that child sex abuse happens and, depending on the degree, warps the child's personality for life.
