Twitter removes ‘hateful conduct policy’ that previously classified misgendering, using the wrong pronouns and using biological names of trans people as ‘harrasment’ and a violation of Twitter policy.
The policy had been in place since 2018 prior to @elonmusk takeover and was removed during Twitters recent update to its Terms of Service.

Musk has removed the "misgendering" policy and has (or is) making it much better (in my opinion).
As a Tweet said previously, Twitter is so much better since Elon bought Twitter from the FBI ...
But, from another prominent Twitter user, conservative shadow banning is still a thing..

They’re usually short tweets, funny, and right on the money
I’m still banned (as of January 8, 2021) and they won’t explain why.

musk hasn’t completely cleaned out the liberals- so there will still be some bannings- personally i think he should canned them all and brought in conservatives to run the place
