Meh, you’ve always been able to travel to other states for different laws, I’m not sure how this is new.
I would assume a parent that cares about their child wouldn’t let them cross state lines so easily anyway.
Except there is a concert of teachers, counselors, and medical people working to keep it secret till the deed is done.
