I was wondering why FNC settled but this may well explain it:

Former U.S. Attorney Harry Litman predicted a difficult road for Fox News' attorneys at their defamation trial after the judge overseeing the case ruled that: the statements at the heart of the lawsuit were false.

The trial in Dominion Voting Systems' $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against the network kicked off on Tuesday. Jurors will only have to decide: whether the network acted with "actual malice" after Judge Eric Davis ruled that the statements the voting machine company cited in its lawsuit were false.

So the cabal fixed the trial for Dominion/dem-rats by judge shopping. After all if they lost the dominion machines they could never ever win another election.

Of course if people testified with evidence showing that Dominion machines were cooking the results, and there are experts that have that evidence, the election would be overturned or something similar. Murdoch is too chicken. And Fox could have demanded a different judge.

And really bizarre that the judge said statements made by Dominion were false, and Fox still capitulated.
