So, I’ve been looking around for this “more intelligence” of which you speak.
In my view and experience there might be 3 percent of the current “us” that pull the wagon. Left alone, the rest would still be scribbling on cave walls and aren’t even sitting on the curb clapping.

I just came from the grocery store. One can’t help but notice the stuff people put in their carts. A cart full of TV dinners is not the mark of an advanced civilization.
I see very few youngish working folks in the grocery in recent years. Every thing they do eat seems to come wrapped in a wad of paper?

Then there is the kid who OD’d on Benadryl.

Every day there is at least one who died eating fake percoset.

We kill at least one a week on the highway I live on, from answering their cell phones. And that’s just on my stretch of road.

Then there’s the clotshot suicides.

Don’t forget fetal alcohol syndrome babies who grow up to be certified dunderheads. Even the Cro-Magnons did better than that.

Yup, we’re surrounded by absolute, spectacular, advanced, generational, evolutional, geniousity. We’ll probly discover fire any day now.

Now I kind of wish you hadn’t got me started on how smart we all are. It’s gonna bug me ‘til bedtime.
