Tart cherries and tart cherry juice are an excellent way to treat gout. If I have a flareup in my feet, I just drink some tart cherry juice. The effect is almost immediate. I also take tart cherry capsules to ward away the gout as a daily preventive. I take the juice if for some reason the capsules fail to ward it off. But I haven’t had a flare up of toe gout in about a year.

Great stuff! For immediate relief keep a jar of tart cherry juice in the cabinet and after you open it, of course it needs to be refrigerated. It’s a Godsend!

I suffered badly with gout. When I could walk at all I needed a cane.

I quit drinking beer.

Haven't had a gout attack in ten years. Now I easily walk two or three miles; at least one mile every day. No cane, no pain, no folk remedies...and of course no more pint of IPA with lunch...but I can walk, even run a little, without pain.
