This is freakishly tactical, when infiltraters who are basically anti-American, are boxed in by the Constitution.
Methodically, they must tweak rules, becoming bolder, until even Congress is set aside as illiterate and illegitimate.
It is the identical tactic, used in the long infiltrated Roman Catholic Church.
