Just increase and train the police force and ENFORCE THE LAWS! Rescind any laws that favor the criminal like 1000dollars-a-day free shoplifting privileges. Then get rid of any prosecutor that was elected or appointed with Soros money and fire any prosecutor whose main aim is not getting convictions and prison time for criminals.
Only one neighborhood in the entire state of Oregon is black. And that is where all the killing are. The gangbangers love shooting each other. It is so common the media and sheriff’s department never shows mugshots.
