What you are seeing is called”reprobation”; it is spiritual psychopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom.1:18-32.

The only way to protect our children and ourselves is to avoid those who manifest this pathology.

(Look up the clinical description of a psychopath/sociopath and compare to Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5; the Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul had them figured out centuries ago.)
