I wonder if anyone has investigated the use of pain killers with people who’ve had a history of concussions (and in this case perhaps a recent (untreated?) concussion in the car accident.)

How the perp ended up with only a wound to his ankle is just astounding. I mean, I realize even the best officers are not gonna have “Walker Texas Ranger accuracy”, but, these officers had every reason to unload several magazines at this perp, and didn’t...
I certainly DO commend the officers for immediately rendering 1st aid once the perp was disarmed. He may be a POS lowlife, but I don’t recall the Gospel ever instructing us otherwise.
