PARDON HIM NOW: Soros-Puppet DA Caught Hiding Exculpatory Evidence That Could Have Exonerated Daniel Perry
Liberty Daily ^ | April 8, 2023 | J.D. Rucker

Daniel Perry has been convicted of murdering a BLM domestic terrorist who pointed an AK-47 at him while he was driving in Austin. This is a ludicrous conviction prima facie. Now, it’s being learned that potentially exculpatory evidence was withheld from the grand jury.

According to Ryan Founier:

The Daniel Perry case just took a crazy turn.

The lead detective, David Fugitt just filed an affidavit claiming the Soros backed DA had him remove over 100 pages of exculpatory evidence…

The grand jury NEVER got to see it.

This is criminal.

“I firmly believe the District Attorney's Office, acting under the authority of Jose P. Garza, tampered with me as a witness.”

Austin taxpayers are gonna pay Mr. Perry a lotta money when the lasuits are finally settled!

The Soros funded district attorney is gonna be disbarred!

And, hopefully, imprisoned!

For.

A.

Long.

Time!

These DAs and their families need to fear the people.

“He shouldn’t be pardoned. He has to accept guilt if he accepts a pardon.”

Easy to say when you’re not the one facing serious prison time.

I think the withheld exculpatory evidence was in the grand jury proceedings, not the trial. At least that’s what is being said.

More than “splash back”; the traitorous DA should be tried, convicted, and sentenced to become a one-time ropetester.

it should be a crime with death-sentence to remove Exculpatory evidence.

The max sentence should be equal to what the defendant was facing. That would end this BS on a dime.

Soros backed DA should be kicked out for good and hopefully this will exonerate Daniel Perry.

Instead of a pardon which requires the board of pardons recommend a pardon before the governor can issue a pardon, I would like the court of Criminal Appeals throw out the conviction with prejudice due to the prosecutor hiding evidence from the defendant.

Guys, are you completely ignorant of how courts work? The grand jury is not the jury and no evidence was withheld at the trial.

This affidavit is from 2021, and the detective was a witness at the trial. Blame austin and the retard jurors for the verdict, and get your facts straight.

why wouldnt it result in a mistrial?

Because the law doesn't require a prosecutor to present exculpatory evidence to a Grand Jury. The Defense isn't even involved, just a prosecutor selling his case with no rebuttal. This is why they say "you could indict a ham sandwich". The evidence was not withheld from the defense during the trial.

I can't believe, even in Austin, that there wasn't one person on the jury that refused to convict this man.

“If the next prosecutor wants to try him with all of the evidence available for the defense team, then so be it.”

That would be double jeopardy. No can do.

Thank you for the explanation as to why. Yeah, it seems odd that all voted to convict him.

You'll never get that law. Like South America, when the law fails you, people become justice. FYI: most DA's don't have bodyguards and live in regular houses and attend a unitarian universalist church near you....just sayin'.
