PARDON HIM NOW: Soros-Puppet DA Caught Hiding Exculpatory Evidence That Could Have Exonerated Daniel Perry
Liberty Daily ^ | April 8, 2023 | J.D. Rucker

Daniel Perry has been convicted of murdering a BLM domestic terrorist who pointed an AK-47 at him while he was driving in Austin. This is a ludicrous conviction prima facie. Now, it’s being learned that potentially exculpatory evidence was withheld from the grand jury.

According to Ryan Founier:

The Daniel Perry case just took a crazy turn.

The lead detective, David Fugitt just filed an affidavit claiming the Soros backed DA had him remove over 100 pages of exculpatory evidence…

The grand jury NEVER got to see it.

This is criminal.

“I firmly believe the District Attorney's Office, acting under the authority of Jose P. Garza, tampered with me as a witness.”

Tell his counsel to appeal, then drop the charges.

It would be interesting to see a list of all Soros backed politicians’ corrupt activities like this. Between judges and DAs and election officials and others it must be impressive. Soros connected folks have one thing in common. The destruction of American democracy.

I’ve been told that powers of the Governor is very limited in regards to pardoning people. He will do it the moment his name comes across his desk, but the pardon board has to submit it.

I don’t blame Abbott for any slowness about this.

Hopefully, the Texas legislature removes him the moment they convene and strip him of his law license.

What we need to learn is we spend far to much time worrying over who is in the Whitehouse and not near enough on who is in the school houses and the court court houses.

Isn’t Ken Paxton the A.G. and couldn’t he remove the Austin DA and prosecute him for violating the civil rights of Mr. Perry?

I’m sure Soros and his spawn will leave the day before charges are filed here in the US. He’s bought a lot of protection over the years, so that won’t happen anytime soon.

I see misconduct by prosecutors as a crime just below murder. A prosecutor who lies and hides evidence should be severely punished. We trust these people to uphold our laws. If they break that trust they need to pay for it.

Apparently Texas law is not clear or doesn’t require a prosecutor to present exculpatory evidence to a Grand Jury. As long as it wasn’t withheld from the defense, this probably won’t help the convicted victim.

Framing people, including perjury, or hiding or destroying exculpatory evidence should all cause those who perform such acts to face exactly the same sentence as those they lied or hid evidence about. You frame someone for murder, or you conceal exculpatory evidence when someone is facing murder charges, you should face whatever the sentence is for murder. And that should go double for those acting under color of authority, or in their official capacity as government agents.
