If he’s trying to sell it for $15 million, and failing, then it’s not a “$15 million mansion.” A mansion, like a sick chicken, is “worth” whatever someone will pay you in a free transaction today.

I think it was in the 90’s where the Parachute Jump, a ride in Coney Island, which was idle for years was being sold for one dollar. The caveat was if you bought it, you had to remove it at your own expense.
