A 12 year old? No. Probably not even the 16 year old. Maybe yes for the 17 year old.
Well he was identified and there were pics and videos of him in custody. They wouldn’t likely have allowed that unless they were thinking of trying them as adults.
“I saw an article where some guy said they might try them all as adults.”
