Anyone know exactly how far along such ideas are in the good ol’ U.S. of A.? Is it in actual practice, or is it still just in the “idea” stage? Thanks to all for your insight.
Addendum: The article contains a lot of verbiage about “potential”, “could”, “pressuring”, etc., but on my skim-through, I didn’t find anything about it actually being DONE here yet. So that’s why I’m trying to find out how far along the proposal is. Figured that if anyone would have info to either confirm or deny, it would be fellow FReepers.
