How did the carjacker obtain in unmarked police vehicle to use in his carjackings?
This entire headline and story is a bunch of mumbo jumbo and repetitive to boot. The cop was stopped (by who)? Was he stopped after the carjacking (or attempted carjacking)? Were there two carjackings? Who knows??
