Got a link for that? I remember when Japanese batch checkers caught teensy metallic particles in a batch of vaccines accidentally shipped from Moderna’s Spanish production facility before the Moderna batch checkers did their thing back in 2021. It turned out at be the machine that fitted the metal caps on the vials was not calibrated correctly and filings contaminated the vaccines. Here you go:

Working on it. Bear in mind DD's list can't be real since the Japanese dropped Pfizer because they refused to disclose all the ingredients.
On the other hand, graphene oxide (GO) was used to set up the apparatus used in the Spanish test, but uncertain if it contaminated the test results. What I'm looking for now is a list of ingredients that included GO by a different term, possibly from the very recent release of those documents by court order.
