No it is plain old fashioned non-clumping litter.
But they are doing better today! It really is neat to watch the instincts develop. They will go to the litter box but not quite know what to do, some will dig a hole and leave. LOL. Twix has the entire process down, complete with covering up afterwards.
But they all know there’s something going on in that litter box and they need to be there. They meow also, I don’t know if it’s because the feeling of going to the bathroom is different and they don’t know what it is. I hope it isn’t painful.
Little Snickers has had diarrhea. I assume that comes from the deworming? Today is her third day of deworming medicine. Well, for all of them. It seems to be affecting her the worst though.
Sounds like they are getting it figured out! My goat kids are not happy this week, mama is starting to wean them (kick them off) and they are NOT happy! Especially in the mornings when I take her away to milk her. But they are eating hay and grain and are plump so no worries.
