The War Powers Act of 1973 requires POTUS to notify Congress w/in 48hrs whenever military forces are introduced into hostilities, and is required to end foreign military actions after 60 days unless Congress provides a declaration of war or an AUMF

If Biden didn’t get Congressional approval to send troops into Ukraine, he has broken the law & committed an impeachable offense

To say nothing of what this does to instigate WW3
