Former DOJ Assistant AG @JeffClarkUS talks about the FOIA documents that reveal the Biden Administration ordered the Trump Mar-a-Lago raid:
“We have President Biden and his spokeswoman KJP saying on tape back in August that they knew nothing and didn’t authorize this... Well, they did authorize this. That’s the bombshell, they authorized it through this special access program, and they lied about it.
That caused NARA to lie to Congress about it, the lies have cascaded, and indeed they are probably also built into the affidavit that was filed with the mastrigate judge to get the warrant issued to raid Mar-a-Lago because I don’t recall anything in there about use of the special access program.”
