Thanks. I’m glad the diet has helped him. I wonder if doctors inform patients of diet possibly helping them rather than just prescribe drugs first?
Here in Texas I think it was epilepsy that they finally approved medical marijuana for. I wish they would approve it for other things, as a plant is much less harmful than pharmaceuticals, but not as much money in it. Not as much money in diet and natural supplements either.
His pediatric neurologist prescribed it for some of his patients, but only ones who had refractory epilepsy. A lot of people on an Alzheimer’s board I was on, were using it for their loved ones with dementia too, and found it was much better for stabilizing moods than the rx drugs, with a lot less side effects.
