Yes, they do. But using it would require a spine and testicles. The Republicans in Congress are what C.S. Lewis called “men without chests”.
So they’ll huff and puff and then do nothing.

THIS is exactly the reason the Republican Party exists today. It's not that they are balless or have no spine. The GOP is doing exactly what it needs to do. It gives the APPEARANCE of opposition while allowing the enemies of this Nation and its Constitution to succeed.
This morning we all woke up in a post Constitution America.
