Thank you! I have a trigger point cane thing hanging in the closet. I’ll get that book. I’ve got knots up and down my spine from scoliosis. And honestly, while I try not to complain, this neck pain is something else. I just can’t get my neck better.

I learned something weird about scoliosis recently. It turns out many cases of scoliosis are due to deeply seated bacterial or viral infections along the spine, for which antibiotics seem to be useless.
One solution appears to be something called the Raindrop Technique, the application of a sequence of 9 (I think) different essential oils, each with antiviral/antibacterial properties. These oils root out the infection and the accompanying inflammation, sometimes resulting in immediate improvement including straightening of the spine, and an increase of an inch in height.
