“The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.
Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.”
Elon Musk’s”community” people attached a note to her Tweet saying that Americans have the assumption of innocence, which is likely news to Nancy. Trump does not carry the burden to prove his innocence, but a corrupt New York Persecutor has taken on the burden to persecute Trump at all costs, Bill of Rights, Statute of Limitations, and the effort to use a local prosecutor to try a non-existent Federal crime be damned.

Further note: the system doesn’t grant us that right or any rights. Rights come from God. Our Constitution, however, does protect that right among many others.
