The thing with arginine is a side effect that leads to dry mouth.
I stopped taking it after nights where I woke up with a mouth so dry that a tissue rubbed on my tongue would have come out perfectly dry. Talk about uncomfortable!
Later, I resumed taking it but only twice a week.
