Am in the process of changing medical plans...will FReep-Mail you later this month. No alcohol,,,smoking etc

I use the BP chart recommendations...am in the green zone....no pharmaceuticals...age 81.

Cholesterol is NOT the bogeyman. Cholesterol is exactly the opposite. It is a savior to your blood vessels. It has absolutely zero to do with how much fat or anything you eat.

“Then why is my cholesterol high”, you might ask? Cholesterol is produced to repair blood vessels from the inside. People have high cholesterol because of two main issues.

1. Morton salt or other salts that contain silica non-clumping agents. When it rains it pours, right? The silica is so small that it is absorbed through your digestive system and basically glass gets into your blood stream. The blood vessels are cut, and cholesterol comes along to repair.
2. White bread. Commercial white flour has been milled so fine that the fiber can be absorbed through the digestive system in the presence of proteins. Proteins cause the absorption channels to dilate. When dilated they are large enough for these very fine fibers to enter the blood stream. The fiber, which should never ever have been absorbed in the first place, again cuts the vessels on the inside. Next time you eat that ham sammich, think about that.

If you keep doing 1 and 2 above over time, the cholesterol builds up and causes blockage.
