I haven’t used it to tweet but am constantly getting referred to it for Ukraine videos and other content. Quite interesting at times.
Ya, people are using it for vids instead of Utube.
Personally speaking, when I see a link is sending me to Twittier, I click out immediately. Been avoiding (anti)social media for so long it’s a conditioned reflex.
I hate articles that are nothing but a collection of tweets. Often, the article author will embed the tweet...and then copy and post the actual comment inside the tweet as a repeat. That’s not writing...that’s plagiarism.
In the years I’ve been on Twitter I’ve posted less than a half dozen times. It’s the videos of events and posts of various organizations I have followed that keep me there. I understand why Musk is doing it, but if I have to pay him a monthly fee, I stop going there. I would rather give money to FreeRepublic, but I can’t even do that right now.
