All sidewalk obstructions should be removed. Are you suggesting that because there is one sidewalk obstruction that none of them should be dealt with?
The person with the book box should have it in their yard, not obstruction the sidewalk.
The sidewalk in post number three should be removed also.
Do you think the stuff pictured in post number 3 should remain because the book box is allowed to remain?
