It’s actually pretty good at meal planning. And you can tell it to go low carb or Keto. Or the diet of your preference. And you can tell it to make the recipes for 2 or 4 or whatever size you need.
But it’s probably best to combine the recipes it offers with a dedicated meal planning app. Both to save recipes you like and to make shopping list preparation easy.
I’ve tried getting a week’s worth of meals, recipes for each meal and a combined shopping list. it sort of loses track of what meals it’s already recommended and then starts offering new recipes.
I asked ChatGPT two questions and was impressed with both answers, for different reasons.
1) How many stars are within 50 light years of Earth, not including the Sun? The usual boiler plate text and then . . . there are 164 known stars within 50 light years of Earth. The number does change with new discoveries of dim stars not noticed before. Pretty damn good answer.
2) Given that a beach condo is a lifetyle metaphor, what would be the equivalent in Denmark? The usual blah blah and then In Denmark a Sommerhus is a good lifestyle equivalent, positioned in a forested area within convenient distance of services and food. That is impressive in about 10 different interpretational ways.
See? Ask these questions and watch the advertising paradigm of the internet be smashed. Not BS political questions that will provide you no information after it is answered — and pushed by Google, who are terrified of people actually getting questions answered without pages of ad-laden links.
