No worries.

I think after exhausting all peaceful options, nations fall back on war to settle differences. I know my nation does.

In this case, I think Putin had no other option than surrender.
Also that the west wants war.

So here we are.

I do not believe either side is run by good people.
I only feel for the citizens who suffer.

But, THAT is the problem!

Ukraine is being invaded. There is no justification for Putin to ignore international law and the treaties he has signed to ensure Ukraine territory with existing borders i.e. The Budapest Memorandum. Putin’s invasion is in direct violation of Russia’s the series of political assurances he committed to : “respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine”.

You understand, this is not a war about settlement of differences.

What is evident is Russia desires to conquer and control Ukraine. Even people of Russia stand against invasion of Ukraine.
