All I know is that a workplace full of women devolves into a less productive environment. Women are ultimately interested in relationships and tend to focus on that. Keeping a good balance of men in the workplace (a majority), with their ability to compartmentalize and their focus on results, helps women keep the relationships in perspective.
This has been my observation based on my own experience in the workplace.
This thread is made up of strong women that carry the bulk of the load. Normally I wouldnt point this out but this is not the place to cause dissension between the sexes. To dis women here is a fools errand.
