Beryl Howell the Obama Clintonista judge on the DC Circuit has denied Trump Executive Privilege claims (as well as attorney client privileges) in Jack Smith’s witch hunt ... what I found curious when these reports surfaced last week was - according to ABC News first reporting - she made these rulings last week and, then, on Friday, a week ago, stepped down as Chief Judge on the Circuit - that sounded very white hat move to me and now I see her other rulings about Trump aides is in the mix but I’m not yet seeing any follow-up on why Howell stepped down right after signing off on these deep state shenanigans. Chief judge is a 7 year term. her term was up.

(A)Except as provided in subparagraph (C), the chief judge of the district appointed under paragraph (1) shall serve for a term of seven years and shall serve after expiration of such term until another judge is eligible under paragraph (1) to serve as chief judge of the district.
