I HATE the word “deals” in these investigations and articles. I spent quite a few years do it legitimate deals for companies. Customers paid us and we delivered products and services to them. The transactions required each party to deliver something g of value to the other party.

We know the Biden’s were receiving huge sums of money. They were not running companies to deliver physical product. What exactly, did they deliver to their “customers”?

Investigators and writers need to be honest here: BRIBES, not “deals.”

What the “customers” bought -

1. Influence, should a US policy or regulatory issue come up.
2. Protection, to guard against the above coming up.

In some ways the US Govt abroad works like a protection racket. It blanket threatens everyone with, for instance, IRS money transfer and bank account reporting for anyone holding assets in the US (a “US Person”).

A lot of Chinese “entities” want to move funds to the US (capital flight). They would rather not be hassled in this.

Just one aspect.
