I very quickly found the word "equity". It was paired with the word "home". Just under the word "mortgages" ...
Didn't see it in any other context.
The employment page has language about hiring the most capable people.

I had to help a (young) cashier count back my change, the other day.
At first, they tried to call the cashier manager, but, she was too busy (probably counting out change, in another line) ... so, I said, I need to hurry....let’s get this done.
Pitiful.
It's tax season now, and our department is inundated, we still have at least 100 partnership returns to complete. When that's over, it's back to another project, reconstructing the books of a property, starting in 2019.
On top of that, I've been supporting two families, my granddaughter was born 17 months ago, 14 weeks premature. She finally went home this past week, but more challenges lay ahead, of course.
