I'm going to think way outside the box for a moment. My usual disclaimer applies; i.e., the following is ONLY my own personal speculation. Does anyone remember our American Lion's much-ballyhooed "one of the most important announcements in our country's history"? It turned out to be "Guess what? I'm running for President".
Perhaps President Trump is playing the other side. It would be the troll to end all trolls. I say the 48-hour rule would be a good thing to apply in this case for now. Wait and see what actually happens or does not happen on Tuesday. Then go from there.
Guess I should extend the “48-hour rule” part of my post to the “72-houe rule”. LOL
