I'm a bit dismayed by this punishment.

Shaman guy (Chansley) pled guilty to 18 USC 1512(c)2" hinder, or delay any offical proceeding. Imprisoned not more then 20 years. 20 years in prison for delaying their job. Excessive punishment?

Looked up "corruptly" and "improper purpose" ""improper purpose" means cause unnecessary delay"

I’m dismayed why most of these people plead guilty...

The misdemeanor for disrupting an official proceeding is not more then 20 years in prison. Attempted murder under the same circumstance is the same sentence. In other words if they came in with clubs and beat all the staff and congress putting them into the hospital. They would face the same sentence. The punishment is extremely excessive as planned.
Links are on post 266.

Given that they where in the building and the "official proceeding" that was attempting to defend our elections for Trump was disrupted. The false flag couldn't have been a worse time to enter the building to harm Trump. I don't see how they could lessen the sentence other then pleading guilty to the misdemeanor. They're clearly political hostages.
