That movie makes me cringe seeing a Soviet Officer in dressed in his best uniform at sea. LOL!! Did the producer of that movie ever talk to a real naval officer? I spent 4 years at sea on a USN ship. I never once wore my dress uniform underway unless we were performing a burial at sea ceremony.
