The witness is a former attorney of P. Trump’s. He made a post at Truth Social naming names. I came across the name in another thread here at FR, moments ago.
I think it is Costello, because a poster commented that P. Trump should try to get Governor Abbott, of TX, involved somehow, for the obvious reason that humor or mocking would be inserted into the absurdity of it all.

Disagree on Washington … they’ve been commie for decades along the coast. Not even sure the rural interior isn’t blue.
Eastern Washington is Republican and conservative. The citizens east of the Cascades would be happy to join Greater Idaho is a way is found to do it.
That’s what I hear, but that has not been my experience. I have work colleagues in the rural areas outside of Spokane who are as commie-Lib as it gets. My two cousins who grew up in the shadow of the Emerald City moved out the the rural southeastern part for the hunting, fishing and fire-fighting. Both work for the government, so they and all their friends are either apolitical or Democrats.

The Food and Drug Administration recalled Scenic Fruit and California Splendor organic strawberries on Thursday.

The recalled product from California Splendor is the Kirkland Signature 4-lb. bag Frozen Organic Whole Strawberries.
California Splendor has supplied Costco stores in Los Angeles and Hawaii, and two San Diego business centers.
The FDA said that hepatitis A illness usually shows up 15 to 50 days after eating or drinking contaminated food or water. Symptoms of hepatitis A virus infection include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine, and pale stool. In some instances, particularly in children under the age of six, hepatitis A infection may be asymptomatic.

Spokane and Tri-Cities are Democrat because they are urban areas with a large Hispanic population. Outside that, most of your small towns and rural areas are Republican. Unfortunately, they are outvoted by the I-5 corridor.
