Primary he missed that there was a call for review the counting of Arizona. Which this would've suspended the count. The misdemeanor for disrupting an official proceeding is not more then 20 years in prison. Attempted murder under the same circumstance is the same sentence. In other words if they came in with clubs and beat all the staff and congress putting them into the hospital. They would face the same sentence. The punishment is extremely excessive as planned.

Given that they where in the building and the "official proceeding" that was attempting to defend our elections for Trump was disrupted. The false flag couldn't have been a worse time to enter the building to harm Trump. I don't see how they could lessen the sentence other then pleading guilty to the misdemeanor.
