I think perhaps that term applies to the prosecutor that is selected from State Prosecutors office to actually be in charge at a particular trial.

I think perhaps that term applies to the prosecutor that is selected from State Prosecutors office to actually be in charge at a particular trial. Thank you. I admit perfect ignorance when it comes to New Mexico's legal system. Most places would call that the prosecuting attorney I believe.
