Pathocracies were difficult to build due throughout history due to the relatively small portion of the population that are sociopaths, and even smaller portion of those sociopaths who could run an operation. While they had a lot of followers who'd support them, it takes a special kind of sociopath to pull it off.

In our modern world with travel and the closing of mental institutions, these sociopaths are meeting and breeding at higher rates and creating sociopaths who are even more extreme than their parents and grandparents.

But within two years of the Biden presidency, we have become aware of the same deep-running pathology emerging from the psychological bacteria that thrive and multiply in toxic liberal environments.
