It will be. Every black in the country is going to move to California giving Republicans the opportunity to win every state in the union except for California.
Maybe if enough blacks cross over the San Andreas Fault line, the problem areas on the coast will break off and capsize
I’m sure they will put a cut off date as part of requirements. But the thing is, it will make it worse for Blacks. If it’s 300,000, it might be ok as they put it towards existing mortgages. But if it’s a million, some will buy a home and find they can’t afford property taxes and homeowners insurance which could end up a mess. If I were black, I’d hope this didn’t go through.
