Philly is one of the worst. It’s dangerous AND stinks. Just a dump. I travel a lot for work but I don’t bother venturing out in Philly much.
A white woman and a daughter of a prominent doctor should have better sense than to be walking around the streets of Philly, ANY time of day.
I spent most of my career working in Center City Philly. I’ve moved well out of the area and hope to never return for any reason.
