One of the two listed reason why people are turned over to depraved minds is ingratitude towards the Lord.
Ingratitude to parents is not that, but it gives an indication what the Father feels about the topic.
One of the commandments that comes with a promise is to honor your parents.
That also shows how He feels about the topic.
Ingratitude, holding grudges, feeling entitled are all poison to being grateful for His provision and also being properly grateful for what others do for you.
