The website is a collection of sound bites from an old radio show in Los Angeles: the Jim Healy show. If you grew up or lived in LA it was the best 15 minutes of sports radio and a must listen. His specialty was to play various sound bites of Sports stars of the day: Don Drysdale, Tommy Ladorda, Chick Hearn, Pat Riley and many others.

The bite I selected for this thread was of Dick Williams, former manager of the Padres. The specific soundbite is an outburst where Williams said: “ You talk about Chicken shit”

Ben Lurkin is also a Jim Healy fan. He and I go back and forth on occasions with various soundbites, when it can be applied in an appropriate manner. It is a bit of a running gag between he and I.
