Most customers don’t bother to be informed. :-D Really, in essence, Door Dash is our own business. We take out our own taxes, use our own cars and supply our own gas. Door Dash pays a pittance to tempt us, and gives us “promotions” if we do well in a month which gives us access to better paying jobs (sometimes...). I know people who make incredible profits driving for DD — more than I did as a legal secretary! — but I think that would take all the fun out of it. I love doing it and I really do try to do my best, remembering that the client is the boss.
