MY GUESS TODAY: The backpack & her waist belt were for a squib but it didn’t work ... the script called for blood all over the place but it didn’t happen. Just like the “pipe bombs” that didn’t go off - there was a malfunction. IDK + TBD but that’s my thought for the day.

There is a bunch of footage in that but the majority is from the John Sullivan / JaydenX video. Note, after hooking up with his CNN producer in the rotunda, he went right to the speaker’s office whereupon the Babbit events transpired, the barrier was already erected and ready for the show.
